Bio-Surf – Bio-Surfactant

 
 

The biosurfactants are natural biodegradable complex polymers that are produced directly by the microrgarnisms through a bacterial fermentation processes. It is applicated mostly in oil fields (cleaning of crude oil storage tanks and treatment of sludge in thickeners) or for remediation treatments in sites contaminated by crude oil spills or by hydrocarbon seepages.

These natural surfactants are similar to their synthetic equivalents used in detergents. Biosurfactants are characterised by better properties when compared with the synthetic chemical used for similar applications in different fields such as the oil industry. They have, furthermore, greater advantage of being biodegradable and of increasing the efficacy of the different biological sections of the waste water treatment plant.

• Reduction of the sludge by 50% in comparison with the initial volume

• Recovery up to 90% of the hydrocarbons initially contained in the sludge
• Recovery up to 90% of the water phase initially contained in the sludge

BCL4000 Bio-stimulant & Odor Control

BCL50– Parts Washer Fluid

   
 

BCL50 is formulated for optimum cleaning of hard surfaces contaminated with petroleum products in parts washers. BCL50 is serious industrial cleaners that are aqueous based and are intended for use in biological parts washers of all sizes. BCL50 has a mild pleasant odor, and are a pH neutral mixture of emulsifiers and surfactants containing no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

   
 
BCP50– Fish Farming
 
 

BCP50 is a biological product specifically formulated to be effective in enhancing water biology in lagoons used for raising fish and shrimp.
As well as microorganisms, Bionetix™ BCP50 contains a micronutrient blend specially selected for sludge reduction. This micronutrient blend provides a complete formulation for maximum biological activity and reacts with municipal waste to produce biological enhancers.

 
 
BCP57– Pulp and Paper Waste
 
 

BCP57 contains a specially formulated range of adapted high performance microorganisms and fungi. BCP57 was developed to increase efficiency and decrease costs in biological treatment of pulp and paper wastes. The range of microorganisms selected for the BCP57 products are chosen for their cellulose degradation abilities under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. To ensure optimal performance of these organisms under the toughest conditions, they are blended together with “high potency” nutrients and stimulants.
The production of enzymes including a complex of cellulases, hemicellulases, amylases and lipases, provide the capacity to degrade extra cellular polymers (which cause foaming) and suppress the growth of the filamentous organisms by affecting the structure of the filaments.

 
 
BCP35– Refinery and Chemical Waste
 
 

BCP35 and BCP35/10 are specially formulated and packaged for use in remediating hydrocarbons and other organics in soil.
To assure optimal performance of these organisms, under the toughest conditions, they are produced and blended together with “high potency” nutrients and stimulants.
BCP35 and BCP35/10 contain organisms that will degrade a wide range of hydrocarbons including: gasoline, diesel, crude oil, benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and xylene.

 
 
BCP22– Chlorinated organics
 
 

BCP22 contains a specially formulated range of adapted, high performance microorganisms for use in biological wastewater treatment plants treating chlorinated organics.
BCP22, with its aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms establishes and maintains a biomass which provides greater resistance to the effects of organic inhibitors present in wastewater. BCP22 ensures that the natural mechanism for the selection of the biomass population is presented with a range of selected microorganisms. These aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria have been taken from their natural environment and then adapted to give optimum performance.

 
 
BCP10 –Surfactants
 
 

BCP11 contains a specially formulated range of adapted high performance microorganisms. BCP11 was developed for use in the biological wastewater treatment of chemical wastes. BCP11 will degrade complex organic chemicals such as phenols, benzene compounds, surfactants and alcohols. The BCP11 product also contains a complete micronutrient blend for microbial growth in all conditions. This is particularly important for industrial waste waters.
The presence of a complex of cellulases, hemicellulases, amylases and lipases in BCP11 provide the capacity to degrade extra cellular polymers (which cause foaming) and suppress the growth of the filamentous organisms by affecting the structure of the filaments.

BCP12– Anaerobic Digesters

 
 

Bionetix™ BCP12 contains a specially formulated range of adapted high-performance microorganisms developed for use in the biological wastewater treatment of greases, fats and oils in anaerobic digesters. As well as microorganisms, Bionetix™ BCP12 contains surface tension depressants and penetrants which loosen and liquefy heavy grease deposits, thereby assisting in their biodegradation.
When used as directed Bionetix™ BCP12 is safe. It is harmless to people, clothing and the environment and is completely biodegradable. When applied to effluent treatment facilities, Bionetix™ BCP12 assists in:
- Helping to establish a biomass capable of handling these difficult wastes.
- Reducing the accumulation of unsightly deposits of grease and fat.
- Increasing the efficiency of overloaded treatment systems.

BCP35M– Marine environment

 
 

BCP35M contains a specially formulated range of adapted high performance microorganisms. BCP35M was developed for use in the biological wastewater treatment of refinery and petrochemical wastes in a marine environment. The BCP35M product also contains a complete micronutrient blend for microbial growth in all conditions. This is particularly important for industrial waste waters.
In addition to the bacteria element of B350M, a number of free enzymes are present within the product. The presence of a complex of celluloses, hemicelluloses, amylases and lipases provide the capacity to degrade extra cellular polymers (which cause foaming) and suppress the growth of the filamentous organisms by affecting the structure of the filaments.

BCN100– Bacterial Booster

 
 

Proper biological activity is often a function of the nutrients available to sustain and develop healthy biological populations.
BCN100 is designed to provide the essential micronutrients to supplement bacteria's basic metabolic needs. BCN100 fulfills the micronutrient need in both the aerobic and anaerobic environments. The components of BCN100 are all natural and non-processed, readily soluble components.
In waste treatment facilities where results are vital, and where nutrient deficiencies are present, BCN100 is proven at increasing and sustaining bacterial activity.

 
 

BCP355– Oily Sump treatment

 
 

BCP355 is specially formulated and packaged for use in treating sumps containing hydrocarbons such as gasoline, diesel, oils and greases, antifreeze and petroleum solvents.
To assure optimal performance of these organisms, under the toughest conditions, they are produced and blended together with “high potency” nutrients and stimulants.
